Smokey Glen Farm wedding photography | Megan + Mike
Graceful, kind, and genuine - Megan and Mike are the real deal. I actually teared up a bit writing this blog post! That's how sweet Mike and Megan both are... anyway, the two of them are amazing, and every single inch of this fairytale day suited them through and through. This is one of my all-time favorite weddings ever, and not just because of the amazing couple, or their terrific friends and family, or what's becoming one of my favorite venues, Smokey Glen Farm... it's just so much more than the sum of its (oh-so-wonderful) parts.
Megan gifted all of her bridesmaids these beautiful necklaces and earrings.
I freaked out when I saw Megan's shoes. Flats! As someone who spends all day on my feet at weddings, it sounds strange, but I was so proud and excited for her for choosing flats. Also, when your flats are this pretty, do you even miss heels?
Megan didn't do a first look with her husband-to-be, but when dad came in to see her dressed, it was an incredibly sweet moment.
Okay, how good looking are these guys? I just cannot get over how much fun they were to work with. So charmed.
Ombre bridesmaid dresses? Yes please. Sign me up!
When we did their engagement session, I learned that Megan and Mike can WORK a camera. They didn't disappoint on their wedding day. Holy COW, guys...
PSA: Everyone should have mini-golf at their wedding. That is all.
A huge thank you to the creative team behind such a lovely day:
